You can choose between two shipping options, depending on your needs:
Standard Delivery (free)
Delivery time: 1 to 4 working days from the order confirmation.
This is the default and free shipping method for all orders placed on our website.
Express Delivery (£4.99)
Delivery time: between 24 and 48 working hours from the order confirmation.
Ideal for those who wish to receive their purchase as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 working hours.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Returns
At Malviè, your satisfaction is our priority.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order — with no additional fees for you.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with their packaging and tags intact.
To request a return, simply fill out the form available on the “Contact Us” page, indicating:
- The order number
- Your first and last name
- The reason for the return
Once your request is received, our team will send you all the necessary instructions to arrange collection at no extra cost.
Refunds will be issued after the receipt and inspection of the returned items.
